Ringier Africa’s Cheki Kenya launches WhatsApp chat for real-time support

Number one car selling website Cheki.co.ke has unveiled a WhatsApp broadcast in a move to cater for customer needs in real time and boosting customer satisfaction

The website that belong to Ringier One Africa Media’s car Club will allow consumers to interact and interact on everything cars including, new car purchases, ownership, and maintenance.

The WhatsApp chat line will broadcast alerts on new listings, services, deals or any new products offerings. Subscribers will also be the first in  line to receive tips about cars twice a week. The group chat will operational on the 1st of January 2017.

Cheki Kenya allows car dealers, importers and private sellers post their cars for sale in Kenya. The site does not sell cars directly but rather offer a state-of-the-art advertising medium for users to buy and sell their cars, 4WDs, vans, bikes and trucks and other vehicles.

Recently it was reported that Ringier One Africa was puling Cheki Tanzania out of the country as the media company grapples with strategies to scale sanely and make revenues as times get tough. BrighterMonday, a jobs recruitment solutions provider and also Cheki’s sister website shut down its operations in Rwanda.
